At AutoDiags, your satisfaction is important. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided after downloading or accessing a product.
Eligible Refunds:
- Product not delivered (e.g., no access given)
- Technical issues that cannot be resolved
- Wrong product delivered
Non-Eligible Refunds:
- Change of mind
- Compatibility issues with customer’s system
- Misunderstanding the product description
Requesting a Refund: Please email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with full details. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion.
Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as fraud and disputed.
