2. How will I receive my product after purchase?

After completing your payment, you will receive a text file download containing secure download links for your software.
In some cases, additional installation instructions will also be provided.

3. Is activation required for the software?

Some software requires activation after installation.
You may need to send us your Software ID (shown during installation) so we can generate and send you a license key.

In other cases, the software is pre-activated or includes a key generator.

4. How do I send you my Software ID?

We will respond quickly with your activation key.

5. How fast will I get the activation key?

Normally, within a few hours.
Please allow up to 24 hours during weekends, holidays, or busy periods.

7. Can I request a refund?

Since our products are digital downloads, refunds are generally not available once the download starts.
